Ardennes Fatimah Ornati is a Swiss photographer and conceptual designer of Italian and American descent. As a photographer, she endeavors to depict the world and people through a fresh and mindful lens, revitalizing the ordinary to the viewer. She focuses on portraiture and still life, using photography as a medium to explore and spark discussions on social and cultural issues. As a designer, she focuses on conceptual depth with social and collaborative practices, placing interdisciplinary approaches at the forefront of her work. As a social butterfly, you will probably find her connecting with other fellow humans over the dance floor. She is currently pursuing a Master degree in Cultural Analysis and Moral Philosophy at the University of Zurich.
